Everyday Magician™ Timi’s daily routine

Peep into what a Everyday Magician wellness routine looks like.

One of our favorite activities, right up there with formulating new products, traveling around the world, and thinking of new dad jokes, and is learning what your daily routine looks like. The everyday part of Everyday Magic®.

We shared a (digital) cup of Adaptogen Coffee with Timi P., an Everyday Magician, stay-at-home mother of 2, motorcycle biker, and prolific gardener.

First, we were curious about how she got started on her wellness journey:

“I started to clean up my household and get all the toxins out right after having my first baby and realizing how horrible most products we use in our homes and on/in our body’s are! I think most people thought I was crazy, but after showing them how easy it was to make so many things for yourself I had many friends and family wanting to do the same for their family!”

Now that we had to know, 8-years into this journey, what her daily routine looks like:

“I’m a momma of a 4-year old boy and 8-year old girl who both have always been early risers, so our morning is usually starting by 5:30 AM and energetic right away! As I get some breakfast going for them I make a special treat for me. I’ll usually start with some of my strong homemade ginger tea on an empty stomach. Then I brew a weak cup of coffee and stir in my mushroom choice for the morning (usually Chaga Elixir  or Mushroom Blend). If I’m feeling a little under the weather, or have the occasional hangover (because let’s face it, even drinking a couple drinks that happens to me, especially as I age!), I love to sip on a Reishi Elixir to help get feeling better! No matter how my morning goes I’m always starting with some amazing ‘shroom goodness and it makes me feel good.”

“Then in the afternoon usually some Cordyceps or a Latte. The best unwind recipes for me are a big cup of Reishi Elixir or a scoop of ice cream with banana slices and lots of Reishi sprinkled around. Talk about amazing sleep!!”

Love catching those Zzzz’s. Now the question on everyone’s mind: we had to know how she keeps her family well:

“My favorite ways to support my immune system is, of course, Chaga and I always have my essential oils on hand. Since the start of drinking all these amazing mushroom drinks, I have loved the feeling it gives me knowing how much good I get to do for my body while spoiling myself with these yummy drinks!”

Besides these yummy drinks, we wanted to know what other things she does to stay well.

“My favorite therapies are getting my hands in the garden planting and enjoying the outdoors and singing a good song as loudly as I want to get any negative energy out. Dancing like a wild person with my kiddos will always put a smile on my face! When I have extra free time is to head to the garden! We have been at our current home about 15 years and my husband has helped me build a great raised bed garden. I’ve finally learned how to do more year round growing so it’s such a treat to be able to go out in my yard and get fresh organic produce for my family to enjoy! Garlic is a favorite crop and we usually end up with a 15 to 20lb harvest each year from two 4x8 beds. I also love cooking and love that my two kids enjoy helping me with both hobbies!”

We’re taking a page out of Timi’s book and dancing all over the office today. You?
