We use a chemical-free, amazingly simple, and natural process to make our whole bean mushroom coffee. The mushroom extracts are coated onto freshly roasted coffee beans, utilizing the elements of time and temperature only. There isn’t a single additional additive, adherent, adhesive, or agent involved in the process. It’s simply organic, fair-trade, single-origin coffee beans coated with lion’s mane and chaga extracts.
The mushroom extracts are water soluble so when the water passes through the coffee grinds during brewing, the extracts will dissolve into the water, ready to be consumed in your cup. The residual solid particles left behind in the filter are the coffee grinds.
About 150 mg per 12 oz cup, about the same as regular dark roast coffee.
