    Ingredients:

    1 peeled frozen banana

    1 cup of frozen raspberries

    1 scoop of Four Sigmatic Peanut Butter Protein

    1 cup milk of choice

     

    Directions: Blend all ingredients to a blender and mix.

    Ingredients:

    1 ½ cup of pitted dates

    ½ cup of rolled oats 

    1 scoop Sweet Vanilla Protein

    3 tbsp of peanut butter

    Pinch of Himalayan salt

     

    Directions: In a food processor, add pitted dates, rolled oats, Sweet Vanilla Protein, Focus Blend, peanut butter, vanilla extract and salt. Process for about 1 minute until the mixture beings to clump. Use your hands to roll mixture into bite sized balls.

    Peanut Butter & Blueberry Protein Pancakes

    Ingredients:

    1 cup of pancake mix of choice (we like Birch Benders)

    1 scoop Four Sigmatic Peanut Butter Protein

    1 cup of water

    1 cup of frozen blueberries

     

    Directions: Mix protein, pancake mix and water into a bowl. Heat a griddle or skillet to medium-high heat. Its hot enough when flecks of water flicked onto the pan sizzle off quickly.

     

    Lightly grease pan and scoop batter into it, 1 or 2 pancakes at a time, depending on the size of your pan. Sprinkle some blueberries on each pancake.

     

    Cook until bubbles have formed and popped. Turn once. Garnish with additional blueberries and syrup.

    Tip 1: Delegate tasks clearly

    Effective communication is key, especially with us Finns, where clear delegation of tasks can make all the difference. For example, I usually handle the morning routine. Then, my wife takes over in the afternoon while I finish work. This way, everyone knows their role, and things run smoothly.

    Tip 2: Leverage each parent's strengths

    Embrace each parent's strengths and let them shine in their areas of expertise. It might mean one person often handles cleaning or putting the kids to bed, but that's okay. The key is to balance overall responsibilities, even if individual tasks aren't split exactly 50/50.

    Tip 3: Prioritize your well-being

    Maintaining good immunity, sleep, and gut health is crucial. If you or the kids get sick or don't sleep well, it can feel like you're "playing the game on hard mode."
