Protein Pancakes


Plant protein pancakes

Elevate your pancakes with chef-worthy, immune-supporting plant protein. Make breakfast for 2 with a cup of Mushroom Coffee too. You can sub in gluten-free all-purpose flour if gluten-free and vegan.

Things You’ll Need


  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1 Tablespoon of flax meal 
  • 3 Tablespoons of water
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 Tablespoons neutral oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Four Sigmatic Sweet Vanilla Plant-Based Protein
  • A dash of salt



  • Mix flax meal with water, stir, and let sit for 2 minutes
  • Mix all other ingredients inside a medium bowl, then add flax mixture to your batter
  • Place inside the fridge for 10 minutes
  • Grease a regular pan or warm up a non-stick pan on medium-low
  • Dollop ¼ cup of batter onto the pan
  • Cook for a 3-5 minutes or until golden brown on one side
  • Flip and cook for another 2 minutes
  • Make a tall stack, with fresh berries and maple syrup poured on top!
