Official Rules of the 2025 Fuel Your School Sweepstakes

NO PURCHASE OR DONATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.  A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANGES OF WINNING.  VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

 

Eligibility.  The Fuel Your School Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to all public schools with any grade levels between Pre-K to high school located in the continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and all other United States territories and possessions, including overseas military installations).  A school may be nominated by any natural person who is a legal resident of the continental United States and who is at least 18 years old at time of entry.  The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.  You must have internet access and an active email account to submit a nomination.

Sponsorship.  The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Four Sigma Foods, Inc. dba Four Sigmatic (“Sponsor”), located at 606 Venice Blvd., Suite 210, Venice, CA 90291.  Sponsor and its respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees, and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration, voting, or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes, including without limitation, the immediate family members of such individuals, are not eligible to participate.  Sponsor will conduct the Sweepstakes substantially as described in these Official Rules.

Entry Period.  The period for any natural person to nominate and vote for a school begins on August 15, 2025, and ends on September 22, 2025 (“Entry Period”).

How to Enter.  During the Entry Period, visit the Sweepstakes nomination page located on Poll Unit HERE and follow the instructions to submit a nomination and/or vote for your school.   You will be asked to provide basic information such as the name of the school, the school address, and your email address.  This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Google Suite.  All entries become the property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned.

Limitations on Entries.  THERE IS NO LIMIT ON NOMINATIONS.  However, use of robotic entry devices is strictly prohibited.

Grand Prize.  One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded to the school that receives the most amount of votes via the Fuel Your School PollUnit Entry Form. The Grand Prize consists of:

Runner Up Prizes.   Four (4) Runner Up Prizes will be awarded.  Two (2) of the Runner Up Prizes will be awarded to the two (2) schools that receive the second most and third most votes via the Fuel Your School PollUnit Entry Form.  Two (2) of the Runner Up Prizes will be awarded to two (2) schools that are picked at random using a computerized method.  The Runner Up Prize consists of:

Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes.  The Grand Prize Winner must provide Sponsor with a valid taxpayer identification number before the Grand Prize is awarded.  A Form 1099 will be issued to the Grand Prize Winner.

Voting.  Three winners will be selected by public vote. Two additional winners will be selected randomly.  Voting shall begin on August 15, 2025, and end on September 22, 2025 (“Voting Period”).  The public may submit their votes during the Voting Period via PullUnit HERE.  This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, PullUnit.  Use of robotic voting devices is strictly prohibited.  Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any winner that is not eligible or has violate a rule, gained unfair advantage, or obtained winner status using fraudulent means.  If winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with Sweepstakes rules, winner will be disqualified and the school with the next the greatest number of votes shall be offered the Grand Prize.

Notification. Winner will be notified by email.  Inability of Sponsor to contact winner by email within five (5) business days after selection may result in disqualification of winner and the next eligible entrant with the greatest number of votes will be selected.  The Grand Prize will be sent to winner by US mail within ten (10) business days after winner has accepted the Grand Prize in writing.  If the Grand Prize is returned as undeliverable, then the Grand Prize will be forfeited and another winner will receive the Grand Prize.

Prize Acceptance.  By accepting a prize, each winner grants the Sponsor and Prize Partners the right to use the winner’s name, likeness and any statements made by the winner regarding the Sweepstakes or Sponsor, in any and all media, now known or hereafter developed, worldwide and in perpetuity, for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes without additional compensation, notice, or approval, except where prohibited by law.

Odds.  The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries and the number of votes cast.

WARNING.  ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER WITH OR VANDALIZE ANY SPONSOR-OWNED OR ADMINISTERED WEBSITE OR MOBILE APPLICATION OR RELATED SOCIAL NETWORKING SITE, THE ENTRY PROCESS, OR OTHERWISE INTERFERE WITH OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.  

General Terms.  By entering or participating in the Sweepstakes, each nominator, voter, or school promises to abide by the Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which will be final and binding in all respect.  Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, disqualify or withdraw any entry at any time.  Sponsor will not be responsible for any injury, damage, or loss of any kind arising out of one’s participation in the Sweepstakes.  YOU AGREE TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, ITS PARENT, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS FROM AND AGAINST ANY OR ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, INJURIES, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES.  Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the Grand Prize, winner grants Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use winner’s name, photograph, voice, and/or likeness without further authorization, compensation, or remuneration of any kind for advertising, promotion, and other publicity purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world.

Winner’s Name.  The name of winner is available only within four (4) days after the close of the Sweepstakes.  To receive the name of the winner, where permitted by law, or a printed copy of the Sweepstakes Official Rules, please contact Sponsor by email at support@foursigmatic.com.
