@gracefullvegan iced pumpkin spice latte

Iced pumpkin sauna latte

Love pumpkin spice lattes? Try a pumpkin sauna latte. In Four Sigmatic founder’s home country of Finland, sauna and coffee are daily rituals. So we combined them, and added America’s favorite fall recipe to the mix. It's the pumpkin spice latte you didn't know you needed. Two options, one with coffee, and one caffeine-free version for you to customize.

Things You’ll Need

  • 1 Chaga Elixir packet OR 4 Tbsp functional ground coffee
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • 2 Tbsp pumpkin purée
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice + more for topping
  • All liquid from 1 can of chickpeas
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  1. Make cold brew. Three options: For caffeine free immune supporting version, mix 1 Chaga Elixir packet with 8 oz of warm water. Let chill in the fridge for 2-4 hours. For a focused pumpkin spice latte, add 4 Tbsp Think Ground Coffee with 8 oz of water, let chill in the fridge overnight. For a gut and immune supporting latte, add 4 Tbsp Probiotic Ground Coffee with 8 oz of water, let chill in the fridge overnight.
  2. Blend pumpkin milk (non-dairy milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla and pumpkin pie spice).
  3. Optional: Make whipped dream topping. Use stand or hand mixer to blend all the liquid (aquafaba) from one can of chickpeas, plus powdered sugar for 4-6min or until you have stiff peaks. Chill in fridge.
  4. Turn on your sauna, pour cold brew over ice, add pumpkin milk, and top with whipped dream and bit more pumpkin spice (maybe even a cinnamon stick or two). And cool off while you sweat it out.
