Mango turmeric smoothie

The vibrant yellow color in this smoothie comes from the antioxidant properties of turmeric Just be sure to add a pinch of black pepper to ensure it is absorbed in your body! All this on top of 18 grams of plant-based protein and 1500 mg of functional mushrooms and adaptogens.

Things You’ll Need

8 INGREDIENTS

  • 1 serving Sweet Vanilla or Unflavored Plant-based Protein 
  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • ½-1 frozen banana
  • ½ inch piece of ginger 
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric 
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • ½ cup ice

Directions

2 STEPS

  1. Add all of the ingredients to your blender and blend! 
  2. Pour into your favorite glass or mason jar, insert a straw, sip, nourish, and enjoy!
