Place water in a pan and bring to a boil. Once boiling, remove from heat and add sugar. Stir the sugar until dissolved, then add mint leaves and stir again creating sugar syrup Cover and let cool at room temperature. Once cooled, combine 1 tbsp of the sugar syrup with lime juice, Chaga, and sparking water. Stir together in a glass, then top with ice. Tasty and refreshing!
