Ingredients:

 

Topping:

  • '2 tablespoons coconut yogurt
  • Pinch of cinnamon 
  • Sunflower seed butter syrup drizzle (1 tablespoon melted sunflower seed butter + 1/4 cup maple syrup)
  • Lemon slices for garnishing

 

 

Directions:

  • Whisk mushroom lemonade mix with 2 tablespoons water and egg white until powder is completely dissolved.
  • Slowly mix in waffle mix and remaining water.
  • Waffle, top with goodies, and enjoy!
