Ingredients:

Part 1 - Coffee:

  • 16 oz hot water
  • 2 Mushroom Coffee packets
  • 1/4 tsp ashwagandha
  • 1/4 tsp eucommia bark

Mix together & place in fridge to chill.

Part  2 - Hemp Milk:

  • 1 cup hemp seeds
  • 3 cups filtered water
  • pinch of himalayan pink salt
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions:

Blend together on high for 2 minutes. Place in fridge to chill.

Once both the coffee and the Hemp Milk is chilled, pour 1/2 coffee and 1/2 hemp milk over ice & smile.
