Spring is the perfect time to switch your gym routine from indoors to the great outdoors – it's also the perfect time to incorporate new ingredients into your pre- and post-workout routine. Amp up hydration and support recovery with this tropical green smoothie, featuring our Hydration Blend!

Hydration Blend Green Smoothie

Ingredients: 

  • 1 tsp Hydration Blend
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 handful frozen spinach
  • Optional: scoop of vanilla protein powder, 1 Tbsp flax seed

 

Directions: 

Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
