Mushroom Chai Latte Ice pops

Summer is here, and with it, balmy weather. Cool off while supporting gut wellbeing with these super chill pops, made by Sarah Greenfield of Fearless Fig, which use our brand new Mushroom Chai Mix. Simply, mix, pour, and chill!

Chai Latte Popsicles

{Makes 8 popsicles}


1. In a bowl combine coconut milk, honey, salt and vanilla and mix until all ingredients are combined. Pour into a measuring cup and store in the fridge.

2. In a large mug, combine 8 ounces of boiling water with one packet of Chai Latte Mushroom Mix and stir to combine. Let it cool, pour into a measuring cup and store in the fridge.

3. Get out your popsicle molds and place the sticks into the molds, you may have to leave the lid off your popsicle stick. You want to be able to pour small amounts of liquids into your molds and freeze them.

4. When you have your sticks in place, pour about 1.5 ounces of the Chai mix into all popsicle molds, place in the freezer for 45 minutes.

5. Next, pour 1.5 ounces of the coconut mixture into your popsicle molds and freeze for 45 minutes. Continue to do this until you have 4 layers in your popsicles; 2 chai and 2 coconut.

6. When ready to eat, remove the popsicles from the freezer and let them sit for 10-15 minutes. They should be easy to remove from the popsicle molds.
